A true Portuguese starlet, Rita's debut album went gold selling over 14000 units in Portugal alone. This track is off that first album, Golden Era. Her second album, Light & Darks, is now out. Love her voice and the feeling that with Rita, the best is definitely yet to come! The new band from Nicke Andersson, former Hellacopters guitar hero and singer. Nicke is one of the most talented people I have ever worked with in the studio, where we collaborated on The Point 7" record. Imperial State Electric is his new band, and features some other awesome guys like Dolf from the Datsuns. I toured with them as a guest in Spain opening for Kiss, singing a song off the ISE record that I wrote lyrics for, called "Deja Vu". I first heard Elliott Smith through The Conscience Pilate's Edward Pond, and the album either/or is one that I must have bought and given as a present about 20 times in my life, that record is so good. I love the lo-fi ambience of Elliott's recordings, and either/or in my opinion has his best songs. Shortly after he died I wrote a tribute song called Either Or, not knowing that he also had a song by that same name that was left off the either/or album! Anyways, no matter. Ronald Howard je bil kitarist pri The Birthday Party, Crime and the City Solution in These Immortal Souls, na koncu je izdal tudi dve veliki solo izdaji. Zadnja Pop Crimes, je resnično mojstrovina, od tu tudi pesem Golden Age of Bloodshed. Še ena dobra pesem iz Pop Crimes je I know a girl called Johnny, katero včasih tudi sam igram.
