Novi album Pure H

PURE H – SIGNIA, z desetimi verzijami istega elementa in sodelujočimi:

italijanski oblikovalec ERALDO BERNOCCHI, kalifornijski abstraktnež RICHARD DUNLAP, nemški shizofrenik BURP, staroste bobna in basa P.C.M., mojster zvoka iz drugih galaksij KK NULL, japonski puščavniki PSYCHEDELIC DESERT, izumitelj afriškega škripanja CHRIS WOOD, kitajski draguljar MOSHANG, berlinski mračnež WODAN, tehno manijak DJ SURGEON in slovenski farmacevti PURE H, ki so omenjeno deseterico vodili onkraj sfere vznesenih mutantov.

The Italian DJ, guitarist, and sound designer is a long-time collaborator of Bill Laswell, Harold Budd and Toshinori Kondo. In 1994 Eraldo Bernocchi created SOMMA with Bill Laswell, an ideal meeting of shamanic rituals processed by electronic technology and dub cycles. A new album with Bill Laswell and Toshinori Kondo as Charged is planned, as is a new album with Bill Laswell and indian drummer – producer Karsh Kale.

P.C.M. (England)
PCM were formed in 1990 by Neil Harvey and Nik Wells in Birmingham,UK. Since then, PCM have had releases on labels like Law and Auder, Domino, Manifold and EST and have performed with Mike Paradinas, Aphex Twin, Luke Vibert, Scanner, Hawkwind, Gary Clail, The Bug, D’arcangelo, Zion Train, Lords of Acid, Test Dept… This summer sees PCM making a debut appearance at The Glade Festival, with an appearance the week after at the now legendary Supersonic Festival with DJ Food and The Bug.

DJ SURGEON (England)
One of Britain’s finest techno DJs Anthony Child has rapidly built a solid and, to a certain extent, innovative catalog of minimal dancefloor techno since his Surgeon releases began appearing in 1991. More recent additions to his repertoire include releases on his Counterbalance imprint as well as collaborations with Regis as British Murder Boys, resulting in tracks which take a tone far darker, denser, and more industrial than those from his Tresor years.

WODAN (Germany)
Wodan, born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, grew up listening to electro, hip-hop, metal and traditional folkmusic and started djing and producing at an early age. By now he is involved in several electro-hiphop projects, where he is producing unique beats for mcs around the globe. He is part of the Tokyo based Lo-Vibes production crew.

RICHARD DUNLAP (United States)
Richard Dunlap from California has been recording outside of the mainstream since 1985. Styles include abstract soundscapes, unique instrumentals with progressive rock and fusion flavors, and avant-garde compositions. Current projects include: solo recordings, Dadala and PcOnTrApTiOn.

CHRIS WOOD (South Africa)
Tribal IDM inventor Chris Wood comes from South African Republic. In times of great disorientation in electro music, Chris Wood offers a relatively fresh sound and a rich reservoar of ideas for the future. This summer sees Chris Wood making a debut appearance at Pukkelpop festival in Belgium.

BURP (Germany)
Time for a brief musical interlude from Munich’s Musical Madman – Burp. Yet another track in a long, long line of keepers from this truly original artist. If you think that experimental means sounding like Yoko Ono on a bad day, this will definitely change your mind for the better.

MO SHANG (Taiwan)
MoShang comes from Taichung, Taiwan. A sound-jeweller by his own description, MoShang has been collecting rough audio-diamonds from the streets of Taiwan – be they overheard conversations, street-ads blared from the ubiquitous blue-trucks, street processions, funeral chants… these are cut and polished and find their way into MoShang’s unique brand of Downtempo Electronica.

Psychedelic Desert comes from Osaka, Japan. The idea of Psychedelic Desert happened from the expression of desert transformed naturaly by air in the dream. The event Liquid Beat Hotel started to experience new space by the harmony of music and installation. And “psychedelic desert” is going on to be fluid with the theme of freedom and farce (living positively with everything as it is).

KK NULL (Japan)
KK.Null is one of the top names in Japanese noise music and in a larger context, one of the great cult artists in experimental rock. Starting his career in the early 80’s by performing guitar improvisations in the clubs and streets of Tokyo, he continued by collaborating with Merzbow, YBO2 and Absolut Null Punkt. In 1987, he gained wider notoriety as the leader, guitarist and singer of the trio Zeni Geva. Zeni Geva reached world-wide fame with their heavy and hypnotic sound, eventually releasing three Steve Albini-produced albums on Jello Biafra’s Alternative Tentacles label.

PURE-H (Slovenia)
PureH was formed in the early 90’s, when the first clips Inertia appeared. Before that they were gathering experiences as musicians in several industrial/ noise/ rock/ grindcore bands and played gigs around Europe. The projects KSVLKSV, Xarq, Am I human or am I machine?, Puredope, Glaxprism, Spheres, PureH and others followed and many limited-edition albums were released. They also performed on several compilation cds, music and video festivals, TV/radio commercials, World exhibition 2000 and received Bumerang award for experimental music.
